DG type horizontal single-suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump can be used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for medium and low pressure boilers or sub-high pressure boiler feed water, and is also suitable for high-pressure water supply and drainage in factories or cities. The temperature of the conveying medium is -20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, and the allowable pressure at the inlet is less than 0.6MPa.

Meaning of model:
The inlet and outlet of the DG pump are vertically upwards. The pump's water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section, bearing body and other pump housing parts are connected into one body by tightening the bolts. Select the number of pump stages based on the pump head.
The rotor of this series of pumps is mainly composed of impellers, shaft sleeves, balance discs and other parts installed on the shaft. The number of impellers depends on the number of pump stages. The parts on the shaft are fastened with a flat key and a shaft nut to integrate the shaft with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or plain bearings at both ends. Depending on the model, the bearings do not support axial forces, and the axial forces are balanced by the balance plate. During the operation of the pump, the rotor is allowed to swim axially in the pump casing, and radial bearings cannot be used. Rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, self-lubricating with oil rings, and circulating water cooling.
The sealing surfaces between the inlet, middle and outlet sections of the pump are sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease. A seal ring and a guide vane sleeve are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. The degree of wear should affect the performance of the pump should be replaced.
There are two types of shaft seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. When the pump is sealed with a packing, the position of the packing ring must be placed correctly, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate. It is advisable that the liquid can seep drop by drop. The various sealing elements of the pump are installed in a sealed box, which must pass through a certain pressure of water to function as water seal, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
Sub-high pressure pumps generally use sliding bearings and thin oil lubrication structures. DG85-67 and DG155-67 pumps can use sliding bearings, thin oil lubrication, and rolling bearings, dry oil lubrication structures. The remaining models use rolling bearings, dry oil lubrication. structure. The main parts of medium and low pressure pumps are generally made of high quality cast iron, and the main parts of sub high pressure pumps are made of cast steel or stainless steel. This series of pumps are directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the direction of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
