    QBY type pneumatic diaphragm pump can pump flowing liquid and can also transport some difficult-to-flow media. It has the functions of self-priming pump, submersible pump, canned pump, mud pump and impurity pump.

    Nine, precautions for use

    1. The pump vibration is extremely slight. Generally, foot bolts can be omitted.
    2. If there is dirt in the compressed air, it will affect the normal startup of the pump. It is recommended that users install a pneumatic triple joint.
    3. When pumping easily frozen media, a valve should be installed at the inlet of the pump. When the pump is stopped, close the valve first, and then open the pump for a few minutes to drain the pump medium to avoid causing the next time. Difficult to turn on the pump.
    When replacing the diaphragm, the inner rod of the pump and the lead sleeve must be cleaned. Do not damage the white PTFE seal ring. Install it as it is and use it.

    X. Application Examples of Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps

    1. Clean the bottom of the oil tank. Although there is a padding method to pump the oil, it is not guaranteed to pump the oil. The surface must always have at least 3-5mm thick oil layer. Take 5000m3 oil tank as an example, about 1-1.5t oil is lost each time. For oil tanks with low-level dewatering tanks, although the remaining oil and water can be discharged to the oily wastewater treatment plant for recovery, most of the volatile oil is completely evaporated during the transportation process and pollutes the environment.
    2. Temporary tank dumping, loading and unloading, and oil sampling. During refining production scheduling, oil products often need to be temporarily dumped, loaded and inspected for oil products in the tank. Or in order not to pollute the normal pipeline, a diaphragm pump can be used to quickly and conveniently complete the task by connecting the temporary pipeline.
    3. Oil recovery of tanker bottom oil: A 3000t oil tanker is unloaded with a fixed screw pump. At least 50t of oil must be left between the warehouse partitions. If a large displacement diaphragm pump is used, a good effect can be obtained.
    4. Transportation of gas and hydrogen sulfide residual liquid The gas residual liquid and sulfur-containing water at the bottom of the torch in the refinery need to be concentratedly discharged and treated, otherwise acid corrosion equipment will be formed.
    5. Ceramic industry: Use this pump to suck glaze slurry, and it can be used to send pressure to the filter press.
    6. Sewage wells and culverts to exclude waterlogging and dirty oil In the maintenance of pipes, valves and culverts of the drainage well, it is necessary to exclude waterlogging and filthy oil. Although the submersible pump can be used to drain the water, often these places are far away from the power supply, which is very inconvenient. Using a diaphragm pump can use a compressed gas cylinder as the power to recover dirty oil and drain water.
    7. Sewage treatment plant and sludge tank cleaning The sewage treatment plant's sludge pond often accumulates a large amount of sludge and silt, which needs to be cleaned. The diaphragm pump suction is flexible, convenient to save labor, labor and time.
    8. Drainage of water in liquefied gas pump rooms and laboratories. Due to their low terrain and first-level fire protection areas, the use of diaphragm pumps for water drainage is safer and is much more efficient than water pumps and steam pumps.
    9. In addition, this pump has its own advantages in applications such as naphthenic acid refining transfer, loading of sodium sulfite liquid transportation, and loading and unloading of benzene raw materials.
